It is out of great frustration that I am logging this complaint. Ordered goods were delayed due to post office strike. When i eventually received my goods, it was incomplete, to crown it all, Home-choice billed me for goods not received. I've logged a complaint January and every other month. Nobody followed up or bothered to contact me. When I decided not to pay, then i was inundated with calls. They finally sent me a dispute form in which I had to kind of proof that I have not received the goods. What is the purpose of postage tracking. To date I have not received any feedback but rest assure my bill has arrived and still no change. I am not paying until the account is rectified and the interest reversed.
