I short in February I purchased a 2009 mini cooper s, for my business use. I paid a deposit of R14500.in good faith I was told the car which was financed by wesbank for R170 000 excluding my deposit would be fixed. 2 Months and two courtesy cars and my warranty fraudulantly used to fix a turbo I did not break and numerous problems later my car was returned on the 16th april. I drove it home less than 20kilometers when the engine gave in. The next day I had, had enough I told them to fetch the car. I went to the dealership and asked for a similar car as I needed to do my work. I was given a 2010 mini cooper s and was to that with this car I did not have a warranty. Less than a month later the car started backfiring and missing. I bought and replaced a spark plug which did not solve the problem. I took the vehicle for diagnostics to find that the oil on the new spark plug meant a complete engine overhaul. I contacted yusuf who after illegally using my warranty had the gaul to tell me am I involved in racing? He sold me 2 broken cars and now wants me to pay? I need justice Hello Peter. I have been to Wesbank to cancel the deal I believe I have 6 months to do so.
