Customer Care Agent gave us bad attitude

Complaint / review text:
My wife bought some items from woolworths mall of the north and when she wanted to wear them she realized that the security plastic tag was still attached to the garment, inconveniently we had to go back to the store to remove it as a result we were late to attend her brother's wedding. At the store we went to customer care and we were assisted by the lady called Fridah Mojapelo who asked for the till slip and we told her that we lost it and she told us that she cannot help us if we do not have the slip and we told her we have woolworths reward card and she said she cannot retrieve the slip with the card. We explained to her that we are going to be late for the wedding and she said okay i will do a favor for you but our policy does not allow us to help you if you do not have a till slip. Her supervisor came after she realised there was an arguement and told her to retrieve the slip with the same card and she did.
My complains are:

1. Does it have to be our problem if the tag was not removed.
2. Why do you give us a bad attitude as if we the item.
3. Why did she say the card won't help, again it shows that she had bad attitude.
N. B: This was happening for the second time.
