Complaint / review text:
Two weeks ago I purchased a Nike Female Roshe Run in Size 5, Black Upper, White Sole, Grey Tick from the Total Sports in Pavilion, Upon opening the box i had found that the left leg stitching on the shoe was bust and fraying, so I took the shoe yesterday to Gateway Mall for an exchange, I was then told that there is nothing there can do as they don't have stock of the shoe to do the exchange, I even asked him to check all over SA as this was a gift for my Finance, he replied with there is nothing he can do and I must return the shoe and take something else.
I do know that this shoe is new to your stock line up and that you can get a pair ordered as it has been done before as advised by a staff member from Pavilion. I feel I was treated unfairly just because I had a query that was going to take time and the staff member didnt want to help and just told me there was nothing that could be done.
Please let me know if there is something that can be done to replace the shoe or is my last option to call Nike SA and ask for a replacement, Thanks
