Complaint / review text:
I placed an order on 5 June 2015 (order no: 101140200) and clearly selected 9 June 2015 as the delivery date (the recipient's birthday who is in Windhoek), I called Netflorist to confirm the delivery date for 9 June 2015 (spoke to Palesa). The recipient of the bouquet called me on 5 June 2015 to inform me that the bouquet arrived early (5 June & NOT 9 June 2015 as requested). I called Netflorist and spoke to Ntombi who confirmed that the delivery date was set for 9 June 2015 & she couldn't understand why the flowers were delivered on 5 June. She spoke to her manager and advised that Netflorist would have another bouquet of flowers delivered on 9 June 2015 at no cost to me. I called Ntombi this morning (9 June 2015) to confirm that the delivery would take place, she confirmed that the flowers would be delivered later during the day. I called to follow up on the delivery (I was assisted by McAfry (sp), he contacted the florist in Windhoek but after a few minutes he was not able to get hold of the florist. He advised that he would ask Ntombi to follow up. I called the florist in Windhoek who advised that they never received an instruction to deliver flowers to my friend on 9 June 2015!!!
