Below the electronic marketing communications received from Edgars is an option to unsubscribe. When you click the link and fill in the necessary info and click on 'OPT OUT', you get the message 'error occurred'. When you email and ask to 'unsubscribe', they email back that you must contact the call centre. When you call the call centre, there's no option to deal with this query and when you wait for a consultant who can assist, you get cut off. All this just to unsubscribe??
