I am not impressed at all. I ordered on the website on 8 June 2014 based on the delivery date of 11 June 2014. I ordered 3 x Goldair 9 Fin heaters and payment reflected on 9 June 2014. When checking on Tuesday, I saw that my delivery date moved from 11 June 2014 to 12 June 2014. I was not advised of this.
When I checked again yesterday the delivery date was still 12 June 2014 and still no delivery. Today, 13 June 2014 I checked again and the date is still the same. I called today at 13:01 I was told CT is moving warehouses and can not check if they received 1 unit which needed to be ordered. I have a problem with this as its unlawful to state you have stock of a product if you do not just to elicit a order from me. I ordered based on the information provided and it seems that false information was being provided which is unethical.
I was told to call back on Tuesday, 17 June 2014 to find out "where my order is" which is completely unacceptable. I have to now wait a further 3 days before getting answers. Takealot will need to pay the difference so I can purchase the same unit from a competitor as the products was supposed to be in my possession already.
