Complaint / review text:
I purchased flowers through on Saturday 14th June 2014, with the assurance that the flowers would be delivered on the same day as per the website. After purchasing the flowers, I even contacted your call centre, 0861 300 600, not once but twice to reiterate that delivery would be made on that day and they assured me it would. They couldn't tell me what time it would be delivered but delivery would be done. That was not the case. 3 days later and the flowers have not been received. I am extremely disappointed and I would never recommend Netflorist to anyone.
