I ordered flowers for my Mum's birthday which is on 23rd June on the 22nd June. My Mum lives in Australia. On the Netflorist website, you need to select the country which I did. The flower arrangement options all have a delivery date underneath them. I selected one for delivery on the 23rd June assuming it was a valid delivery date and that flowers would be delivered on the 23rd June to my Mum in Australia.
I received a phone call today from Netflorist telling me because of the time difference, flowers would only be delivered tomorrow the 24th June.
If that constraint exists why does the Netflorist website not mention that and why is the delivery date on the website incorrect?
Really not much use having birthday flowers delivered the day after the actual birthday!
