Complaint / review text:
My husband and I went for breakfast at the Woolworths resturant. Service was so poor we had to wait 40min for our food without anyone giving us attention. The manager kept walking around the tables and only going to white customers to check if they were ok. Went an extra mile to fetch food for customers that came after us but were served before us. Fetching extra plates and food that were not on the menu from the grocery store and never cared once to check up on us.
When we were leaving we asked one of the waiters if the manager only cares about white customers, he said he always does that, only pays attention to them. Being a paying customer, I expected same treatment as everyone in the restaurant. It was the first time going there and I was not impressed.
