I ordered two books from Kalahari on the 17th of May. Estimated delivery time was 10 June. Then 2/3 weeks after placing the order I get an e-mail saying that the parcel is going to be "slightly" delayed until the 10th of July! That is not a slight delay. I e-mailed them last week and get a reply that they are waiting for one book from the supplier, and hope to get it by Friday. So Thursday I receive I dispatch notice only to be disappointed to find that only one book is in the parcel! The missing book is now reflected as only being available 8 July on Kalahari's website. A friend of mine ordered the book from Takealot last week and received it this morning!!! How can Kalahari advertise a book as available and then not supply it to customers! This is absolutely unacceptable! Next time it will definitely be Takealot that will be getting my business.
