I am also one the victim like all of you. My item is not deliver to me for almost 2 months!
At first, they answer my call and keep telling me that i will receive my item within a week but I have not. And the most terrible now, no one reply my email and nobody answer the call. I really feel like cheated and disappointed after being wasted my time and money to keep calling and email them. Now I just want the refund.
Can anyone advise what and how should I do? How can I take the legal action if they just don't bother me?
