It was great at first. They had cool shoes for a competitive price and I like all the shoes I have from JustFab — I get compliments on them all the time. The quality of the items was great. But as it became more popular, the shoes that I want to buy are usually out of stock. The products that are advertised are not necessarily available in the size or style I want. Also at this point I have enough shoes and now it's just one of those things that I have to keep up with and skip on to the next month, one of those maintenance issues that I have to maintain.
I've tried to cancel my account multiple times and for whatever reason they won't cancel it. I called three or four times and then I have to call a different number and when I finally got a hold of somebody my account still is not cancelled. And then when I call they give me little points so I'm like okay, fine, I'll keep it open... But it's just not something I'm really interested in anymore, having a membership fee I'm paying $40 a month for, and I end up purchasing things that I really didn't want. I got billed again because I saw a new pair of heels a couple of weeks ago and I bought them with the credits that I really didn't want either.
I like the product and the service, but I'd already spent too much money on shoes. It was good at first, but now it’s not enjoyable anymore.
