Complaint / review text:
I purchased a flower bouquet from the Ebucks shop, to get delivered to my wifes work address on our anniversary, which was the 30 June 2014. I placed the order on the 26 June and specified explicitly that the flowers MUST be delivered on the 30th as that is the day of our anniversary. But the at Netflorist decided to deliver on the same day that I placed the order. Part 1 of incompetency.
Part 2, I then got hold of an ebucks consultant who then took it up with Netflorist. He then called me back and advised that Netflorist was sorry for their mistake and would like to send another batch of flowers on the correct day, BUT they will need to collect the flowers that was delivered already. Little did I know that my wife was being harassed by the delivery guys just to come fetch the flowers which she had at home. She then told the driver to come on Saturday morning to fetch it, which they never came... But wait, there is part 3.
Part 3, my wife did receive another bouquet of flowers but it was a complete joke to what I selected. The flowers never blossom thus looking completely ugly that my wife just threw it in her car and never bothered.
