Complaint / review text:
My Fiance purchased a engagement ring on the 08 May 2014 and pruposed on the 10 May 2014. We took the ring in on the 13 May 2014 to be resized. Waited three days for that. Eeventualy we got the ring back and one of the diamonds falls out. Took the ring in for one week for the new diamond. Eventualy received ring back and once again a diamond falls out. Took the ring back and asked for a new ring. Took the ring in for two weeks. Got ring back was scrached and the night we picked up the ring once again a diamonds falls out took ring back and are still waiting for a new ring. It has been three week now.
This is unaccpetable. NWJ are supose to be a very upper market jeweller. My ring was not a cheap ring and now we are paying for a ring that we do not have. I really hope that the creators of NWJ and the rings can fix this problem. You must realy think if you have this much complaints on Hello Peter you must know something is wrong.
