I ordered flowers for my Mother-in-Law's birthday. I ordered them a full week before delivery was promised. On the day of delivery, I got an email saying they could not deliver but would deliver on the next business day (Monday). On Monday, I received another email and a call saying that they could not find a florist in the area who could do it. I had to tell them to cancel not less than 9 times and was held on hold for 10 minutes to talk to a manager before they would cancel the order and refund my money. The customer service was dogmatic about me picking something else when these particular flowers had special meaning. They refused to just cancel the order and I ended up on the phone with them for over 30 minutes just to cancel the order. Do not use them. If you need a national floral delivery company, try 1-800-FLOWERS. They are not perfect but do a better job. Will NEVER use Just Flowers again.
