Complaint / review text:
I ordered & paid online for a book. My delivery address did not update online during the transaction so I phoned the call centre to update it. I spoke to Endries, he confirmed he updated the address and it would be delivered. I called a week later to check that all was still fine, this time I spoke to a woman. I advised her that I had spoken to Endries last time. She asked me to hold and when she came back on the line, she said she confirmed again with Endries he 'personally' took the correct delivery address to the warehouse. This was 20/06/14. Now a month later, after sending emails to inquire as to where my books is, I get sent a mail from kalahari reminding my of my delivery agreement - a mail I think they intended for the book seller. R359 later, and a month on, no book and no response from Kalahari.
