I received an sms saying get R50 airtime for R35 billed to your edgars account, reply yes to receive airtime.
I replied with a yes, nowher it saidt was a monthly subscription. I have not once received the airtime but every month i have been billed for it. So i went to edgars westwood and d lady there said the call centre closes at 5 o clock and i was there just after 5, so the next time i went just after 4:30 and the same lady tells me sorry the call centre closes at 4:30 with no intention of trynto help me watso ever, I then took the call centre number and phoned myself, first time i called they took my query and said some1 from the admin department will get back to me which never happend, i then called again after about 3 weeks and they tell me it has been canelled and i will be refunded in my next bill and that never happend, i have been calling them since january and they tell me the same thing some 1 tried calling me and i never answer which is, i even gave them a 2nd num but no1 ever calls, uptill today i have not been refunded, all they say is they only the call centre and all they can do is log a query which they have been doing since january
