Complaint / review text:
I ordered textbooks from Kalahari on the 17th with a delivery date of 8 days for the longest one. Immediately after payment it said I would only get them on the 5th of August. Now it has been moved to the 7th. 8 days somehow became 3 weeks. I have multiple assignments due in the week of the 11th with almost no time left to work through the necessary chapters before the assignments are due.
Can someone at Kalahari please tell me what is going to be done to compensate me here? Your facebook page and HelloPeter is filled with similar complaints, leading me to believe this is blatant false advertising. If I had ordered from TakeAlot I would have had my books long ago. This is not acceptable at all. If my books are not at me by the 7th there will be to pay. Tell Mr Karl Ahari that the only thing that is mindblowing here is how terrible your service is!
