My mother is not getting her accounts as of Aprill

As of April this year my mom has not received her account in the post. My mom is a 73 year old government pensioner & does not have internet access. She asked my wife to email & ask why she is not receiving the statements as per usual. This my wife did. The response was that they would update my moms details & she would receive the next account in the post. What details did they update? My mom has been using the same postal address for 10 years at least! But still no back statements as requested & the latest statement also did not arrive. So I emailed Edgars. The response I got was that my moms account showed that it was being sent via mms but that they had now updated her details & she would receive her statement in the post. What nonsense! She doesn't even know what mms is & who asked for it to be sent that way anyways??? At the bottom of the account it says you got 30 days to complain if there is a problem otherwise the statement is deemed correct. What happens now if we get the statement for May and there is a problem? My account goes to the same address as my moms & I received all my statements. What must my mother do for you guys to send the latest & outstanding statements?
