For months I have been sending mails to customer service to stop my membership and to notify me of any arrears so as well as a fixed date to which my account will be debited. Of all the mails I have sent not one reply mail was sent to me, to make matters worse all of a sudden my debit dates have been moved and for the past few months debits on random dates. Still I don't know if my membership was cancelled. The branch could not be of any help other than to tell me my contract ended and I was put over on a month to month membership and then I was given a customer service email address cause the branch is not allowed to assist me. This is unacceptable I do not use this membership for years now but it is costing me money.
