Complaint / review text:
I've been doing the 60 day lifestyle program for a little over a month, and I've lost 15 pounds and 3 inches off my waist. I am not doing the rapid weight loss plan, but this plan is working.
You do have to stick to the plan, just like any other diet program. I did not do the more expensive plan because it was too high in price for me, but the less expensive plan is still working really well. I didn't pay any more to Soza for 3 bottles of supplements for 60 days than I would have paid GNC or anyone else. The consultation was free, and I paid $140 total.
Weight loss and health supplements are expensive, no matter where you buy them. For example, an average bottle of a "Lipo" supplement from GNC is $50 for 30 pills. Even at 1 pill per day, that is more than paying a little over $100 for three 60 day supplies of supplements, which is what I paid. I can't speak for the spray because that is not part of my plan.
I am also not required to go weekly for weigh-ins or measuring. I don't have any complaints. No one at Soza told me they were a doctor, a health professional, nor did they offer any injections or prescriptions. Only over the counter supplements.
When you take weight loss supplements, you have to keep in mind that they don't always work for everyone, and yes, some are just bunk. Any weight loss products you use have to be paired with good diet and exercise. No weight loss supplements work alone. I've only had an experience with one employee at the Covington location, and she was pleasant and helpful every time.
I don't know the owners nor family members or whoever others have complained about.
I understand those complaints were made in 2013, maybe someone else owns the business now. I've only had a pleasant experience with this company.
