Although I really like my Jawbone UP I am really disappointed in Jawbone Customer support.
My first band died after a few days and was swapped by support. Several months later the mode button fell off.
Support offered a pink band as a replacement. After rejecting this several times and asking for a repair, like for like replacement or a refund I was finally offered a swap and asked to confirm my address.
Today I have been told the black band is sold out but I can have pink (in one of three shades). So after several phone calls and multiple emails I am back to square one.
