Complaint / review text:
After calling to try it out I realized after I gave them my information early in the conversation. I initially explained that I was not going to give my info right away because I only wanted what was advertised.
I was told that they have protocol and have to go screen per screen and was promised that I would not have to order what I didn't want. She explained what was given with the price and I had to explain to her that was different than what was advertised. She then disagreed with me. I then spent about 10 minutes telling the rep I would call back after viewing the infomercial again and did not want to order any product and to not charge my account with anything.
She made it very obvious that she was extremely upset that I was cancelling and I repeatedly stated to not charge my account. I am not having to dispute charges on my account for a product that I did not order in the first place.
