Complaint / review text:
I have spent close to eight hours at the store to sort out my phone and package. Clayton assisted my wife to try and get it right as I had had enough of sitting in that store and we requested his cell number to contact if the attempted increased limit on my airtime did not work. I have not had the use of my business phone for two days due to an incorrect limit placed on my package. What is absolutely shocking is that after being promised it will be sorted today i not only cannot get hold of anybody at MTN, Clayton not answering his phone as promised and also not returning my messages, and I refuse to go back to the store as every visit is approximately 2 hours long. Disgusting service levels.
