Complaint / review text:
I am really frustrated with MTN direct service it has been 7 days since upgraded my contract I dealt with a lady by the name of Nomthandazo Nkuna who has been messing around with me.
1. She gave RTP logistics the wrong contact details
2. I have had to take it upon myself to track the parcel
3. After tracking the parcel I was told to speak to MTN as the parcel was returned back to them
4. I call ed MTN direct back and I was told by Nomthandazo that parcel is out on delivery today which was false because I called RTP back to check if this was true and they said it was not because the parcel was sent back MTN.
This reflects a very bad image to MTN and why should I be given the run around because I am the one who is going to pay, I am being treated as if I am being done a favour when I infact am paying I am really upset and disappointed on how I am being treated by MTN!
