Complaint / review text:
I have published a complaint about Cell C on HelloPeter some time ago. Surprisingly, Cell C's response was very prompt. They wrote a response on the website and gave me a call the same day, as well. However, the call centre agent, who promised during the first calls, to look into the matter and get back to me within the next day or so, never got in touch again.
Now I stay a prepaid customer with Vodacom. Works out cheaper anyway.
@ Cell C: Don't bother contacting me to sort things out. Now its too late anyway. I just wanted to publish this to show that a prompt response by Cell C on HelloPeter obviously does not mean that the problem gets solved.
