Complaint / review text:
A week ago my internet was finally fixed after 2 weeks.
On Wednesday this week I received the following email from you:
"Your account and services have been evaluated by our management and it has been confirmed that we cannot provision services to you as it is no longer feasible.
We will be refunding you the August rentals and be ceasing our services on 31 August 2014.
What is this about!!! How can you tell me that it is no longer feasible to provide me with services! I pay almost R400 per month for your service and now you are sending me this!
You are by far the worst company that I have ever worked with in my life and I will not ever recommend your services to anyone!!!
Your attitude and customer services are to be ashamed of! Each time I have a problem it takes you weeks to sort out. This is unacceptable
