BAD service and false promises

Lets try this again, this is the second time. Cell C phoned on 23/05/2014, offered an upgrade Nokia 502 latest Samsung @R130 P.M. I received sms confirmation of upgrade and the Nokia was delivered with promise that the Samsung is on it's way. After 3 calls from Cell C reassuring me the Samsung will come I was contacted again and told that I don't qualify for the Samsung because the stop order is on a joined account (me and my wife). I informed them that this was not the deal and I was asked to phone 084 145, they tell me to phone 084484 and again I have to phone 084 484 then 084 1402. Still no solution to the problem. 4/6/2014 a follow up consultant, Joyce, phones and says she will call back. She phones back the same day saying she cant help, we have to phone 084140 option 9. Johanna informs me I will receive just the Nokia, this was not the agreement. On 17/07/2014 we phoned again and Busi promises to follow up. No feedback, 22 July I e-mail client center and receive a call with another promise that the situation will be looked into. Nothing happened. After the last complaint I received a sms and phonecall. From CellC promising to look into the matter. Just another false promise
