I upgraded my Cell phone on 29 June 2014 at a Cell C store. I had a huge surprise when I received my end of August bill - Cell C added services to my contract which was specifically excluded in my contract, and also which I did not have. I received the worst service ever from Cell C's helpline, I spoke to three different people, they didn't care what my contract specified, as there was no upgrade by phone (so the upgrade was not recorded), they weren't willing to help me. I offered to send them a copy of my contract, they were not interested at all. At last I went to the Cell C store in Centurion, where a very friendly and helpfull Timothy assisted me. He took the whole matter in his hands, helped me to dispute the account, and gave me constant feedback. He resolved the matter to my satisfaction (and according to the contract!) in less than 48 hours. Thank you Timothy - I hope Cell C realizes what a great asset you are to them.
