Numerous call to telkom and failed serive delivery

I've taken out a contract with Telkom. A S4 (Samsung galaxy) that was advertised to be 329 per month. The very 1st month that I was billed I was billed over 700, the 2nd month, over 800, I then called the centre & they advised that the 100 min (once exceeded) gets billed accordingly. Please note this is a highly inflated rate anyway as having a prepaid sim with my making the same amount of calls would never amount to this average of 800 every month!

I then advised them that I would need to set limits on my account so that I could pay the standard 329. This request was made via their call centre, and guess what, next month, the billing was the same around 800.

I then contacted their call centre AGAIN, I was also told that a limit would be set. This request was still unsuccessfully received.

I then contacted their call centre for a 3rd time - also unsuccessful.

4th call -I asked the agent to follow up with an email confirming that they would set a limit WHICH I RECEIVED and guess what I have been billed over 800 again. Telkom are not interested in respecting the contract whilst abusing consumer rights (please check relevant laws).
