Complaint / review text:
I have repeatedly tried to cancel my Vodacom contract which expired in 2012. They continue to debit me. I have stopped the debits on my side, but after 6 months or 3 months they start again.
I just had the most frustrating experience with a call centre agent. He absolutely refused to help me!
i am so off. It's stuff like this that starts the decline of a company. VODACOM you've gorged yourself enough off our hard-earned money.
