Incorrect billing still not resolved after 2 month

On 21 august 2014, I wrote to Hello Peter to complain about cell c's incorrect billing. They promised to resolve this matter but they have still not done so. I made follow ups with them, providing the ref numbers but still, but they have still not resolved the matter. The ref numbers are 4062402741 and 4082200979.

On 30 August, cell c has still charged and debited my account by R418,99 even though they have not rectified the incorrect billing. The problem started when I did an upgrade on 29 May 2014 for 2gig data at monthly subscription of R149 per month - the old contract my expiring on 07 July June 2014 they charged me subscription of R217 instead of R149. I raised this with them by they failed to rectify it. I then cancelled my upgrade and they made me to pay a commitment fee of R841 - they deactivated my account immediately. They still continued to charge me R343 in June, in July they claimed I owe them R639, and in August they still debited R418.99 from my account. Can't wait to terminate my 3 remaining contracts when they expire
