On 11 June 2014 I posted a complaint on Hello Peter as CellC was not responding to my communication with them regarding no signal at my office and home in Polokwane. They responded by informing me that the problem would be attended to. NOTHING! I then informed them in writing that I would not pay any further debit orders a until this had been resolved. Still NOTHING! On 14 July 2014 I reported them to ICASA and ICASA informed me that CellC had to respond within 14 days NOTHING! On 05 August 2014 I followed this up with ICASA and this was again forwarded to CellC with the same 14 day spiel As of today still NOTHING. CellC still have not bothered to follow up on the complaint or attempted to contact me. They however still seen fit to lodge a debit order through my account at the end of each month in spite of me having returned these debits unpaid. I was under the impression that if a debit order was not paid for a period of 3 months that the authority to debit was cancelled but it seems that CellC lodges a fresh debit order each month for the cumulative amount. It would also seem that CellC does not heed ICASA and is a law unto its own.
