Complaint / review text:
I migrated to a larger cell phone contract in December last year. At the time, the migration failed so it only went through in February 2014. One of the "features" of the new contract was 1.5GB of data per month. Since those initial problems it has been fine, now suddenly I am getting charged (significantly) for data. When I contact the call centre, either by email or phone, all I get told is that when I did my migration the 1.5GB of data promo wasn't being offered and I have to buy a data bundle:
1) I would never have done this migration without the 1.5GB
2) Why did it suddenly change now.
3) If they really wanted to help they would be recommending the MTN Sky option
