When I received my Vodacom Bill for July I noticed that my data usage increased tremendously. The usage for 30 July was 505 812 kb and 31 July 420 027. This trend continued for the next few days in August as well.
When I queried it with the business call center I was told that it would be investigated. After a few days I received a response that the usage is justified. Where did the data go? I cannot recall doing anything unusual on those days with my iphone. I have not changed any of my settings, so cannot understand the spike in usage. What should I do? I just upgraded again with Vodacom.
