Complaint / review text:
I opened this contract with MTN in April and put a limit on the account. The limit was not activated and i was overbilled for the next four months. I went in to the store 4 or 5 times but it was only after i complained on Hello Peter that i got a response and got the refund. But it was not a full refund so i complained again and i got the rest of the refund. Then one month passed when i was billed the correct amount, and then this month i am billed the wrong amount again!
I believe i am within my rights to cancel this contract and thats what i am going to do. I am going to the store, return the phone, and cancel all payments from my account, and MTN can cancel the contract and we dont have to see each other again!
