Inaccuret billing of data and loading of bundel

I had a 1.5Gig data bundle and changed it to a 2Gig MI month to month on the 21-08-2014. Got a SMS that indicates new data bundle type will come into account at the end of the month. My statement indicates a partial bill for 21-08-2014 to 31-08-2014 and a full bill for September for 2Gig. The 2Gig is loaded on Auto page but not on Vodacom network. Got a sms that says limit service balance R1281.52. If I dial *111# no data bundle loaded on the Vodacom network. Call Autopage ref: 445655 and got a sms for credit 88.35. Not data bundle on Vodacom and stil being charged out of data rates. Second time this has happened, and looks like it's a normal thing for Autopage to mislead its clients. Total data used for this month 0.89Gig according to phone and Autopage charges me R1281.52, the 2gig isn't even fully used yest. Don't think I will upgrade at end of the month and wil go to Vodacom direct.
