Autopage not billing properly!

On my August 2014 bill, I was charged the following data charges:
29/06/2014 02h32 Internet 829702KB R710.60
24/07/2014 04h05 Internet 529442KB R453.44
28/07/2014 05h27 Internet 171366KB R146.77
Including a few smaller amounts. My query for the August billing - I have MyGig 1 Night Owl Data 12h00 - 05h00, why was this not used for my account, but instead Autopage charged me for the data (R1,642.04!!) and I still have the Night Owl Data available on my account? That is, as you advertised the Night Owl Data which I activated on my account, yet you don't use it - that is not only, but false advertising! I currently still have available on my Night Owl MyGig 1 data 1001,73MB!
I also received an email from Marco for the previous complaint for Autopage's poor customer service, which informed me that my account would be credited R150.00 for inconvenience caused, which is still not done! I want my account credited with the amount that I had to pay for the data used, as it should've been taken out of the Night Owl bundles and I also want my account credited with the R150.00 promised to me by Autopage.
