I received a phone call about a migration option that sounded promising. I asked the agent (Ashnicka) to send me a document stating what benefits will be included.
I sent through a couple of email since the phone call but no response as yet.
I also cancelled the migration but still the wrong premium was deducted.
Would you please refund the difference as soon as possible?
