Complaint / review text:
I have been a loyal client of Cell C for many years! They have offer bad service at their outlets and there customer services are the worst! Yet I have still remained a client of there's for many years! I strongly think it is time that I change to a network with better signal! I pay every month for a phone that hardly works... I have been struggling to cancel. I have asked to speak to management and I have not gotten any response from them... I wanted then to consider my upgrade agreement however they failed to get back to me, I has to call and follow up only to be told that they could not help? When I called numerous times to finally speak to the rep, the guy didn't even know why I was calling yet he was very eager to assist!!! I NEED URGENT ASSISTANCE TO CANCEL THIS CONTRACT... As I would love to take my business elsewhere to people who want to help! Please get back to me as soon as possible!
