Complaint / review text:
I have a Telkom land line and due to unforeseen financial circumstances I was unable to make payment on the account. I was contacted by MMM Capital specifically Meloshnie who was is really unnecessarily rude and inconsiderate. She has never till this date greeted me she dives right in to the conversation she is unable to pronounce my name and has never corrected herself on this. My greatest issue is that she has no humility she screams at the top of her voice and never gives me a chance to speak. I was called this morning by her, at the onset of the conversation I very politely asked her to call me after 5 as I am currently at work and because she was screaming at the top of her voice my colleagues could clearly hear our conversation. She ignored my request and continued to question me I again asked that she call after 5. She very bluntly stated that she knocks off at 4 and will not be able to call after 5. She was not willing to compromise and again continued to scream. If this is how Telkom treats customers who are making payment on their accounts I would not recommend them to anyone. Meloshnie is absolutely disrespectful and treated me as if I were less than human.
