This is now my third complaint about vodacom in 2 months. 1 upgrade on one of my contracts. 2. Over charging me & Vodcaom do not send clients credit notes if they are passed. 3. Cancellation of wrong contract.
After my data contract was upgraded by one of Vodacom's staff, I requested that they cancel the data contract. Get to the end of the month & they have cancelled my company phone & deleted the number. I am unable to work. I go to the Fourways Mall Vodacom as I do not have any other way of calling them. The manager calls the call centre because that is the only access we as clients have to Vodacom. All they can do is call. No one actually cares that i am unable to work & that i am loosing business. They do not offer any compensation or support to their clients. I asked for another working phone for the time period that I do not have one & got told they cant do that. If i want to follow up on this i was told i would have to go back there so they could follow up. Mine time, my petrol, no work. I am staggered that they believe can they get away with this. But if we breech our contract it is fine they will just charge us. As Customer we have no rights.
