This is the third time iv posted in hello peter regarding this incident. I have been laising with the store since march regarding this issue. They where fully aware that i had cancelled payments to cellc as they never activated my ipad for international connectivity as i requested from the consultant which resulted in me traveling the globe with no communication and im a maritime risk consultant so im out at sea for months and look forward to getting in port and connecting so it has been a disastrous exp. And they conduct investigations but only come up with half the evidence then play the blame game as if its my fault the consultant never had the initiative or the training to advise me on roaming!!! Come on cellc you have just black listed my name. This is public writen notice that on my return to south africa im paying r20 000 for a front page article in the witness about this and im coming to that store to blow fuses if you have not resolved this amicably as i requested and if my name is not 100% clear, i received a email from cellc saying im black listed... Why are you not resolving this...??? Why black list me after iv sent writen request to hold legal action.???
