Complaint / review text:
As per my previous report -
I ordered a new line in August for my new house and was given an installation date of mid September.
Telkom have finally today installed my line... Approx. 8 weeks later.
However Telkom would have noted in my last complaint that all I needed the line for was the ADSL for MWEB connection.
Now I find out that no ADSL ports available in my area... And I will have to wait till January 2015 for ADSL.
ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MINDS???!!! - How must I run my business?
I have no choice but to cancel my new line, right off the 8 week wait, and apply at Neotel!
