Horrible Horrible customer service

Since my application process for a contract, I've been experiencing problems. First my paperwork got lost, then they forgot about my application. Then about a month ago, MTN changed my billing procedure. The initial agreement was, that as soon as my free minutes hits R0.00 that the phone will switch to pre-paid. A month ago they informed me that I am nearing my usage limit, and a week ago my phone was cut off. I had to go to the MTN store to fix this. On Sunday my phone screen cracked, and when I went to the MTN store, they could not locate my insurance, even though I pay R124-00 a month for the insurance. So now I am stuck with a broken screen, and I have to try and find out who the insurance is with. 90% of the MTN staff is not client orientated and doesn't know one thing about customer service. I am so fed up with MTN. I am in the service industry and I receive training on customer service. Bad service annoys me to the core. I suggest that customer service training is organised and that you start treating your clients better. Its a constant struggle to get things to
