Vodacom accounts don't know what is going on

My September debit did not go off my account and when i received an sms notifying me of this i checked my bank and got confirmation that a debit did not go off my account from vodacom. I spoke to a Phumzile Mpofu on the 12th September and asked her to re debit my account on the 16th September which was not done. Vodacom then charged me R200 arrears fee for there accounts mess up for not debting me in September and for the debit order that was not taken off on the 16th September. The debit did not go off my account and i submitted my statement as proof that the amount was not returned. I then spoke to a Bongile Mbele who advised me to pay in the amount which i did. Then at the end of September i was double debited plus charged a R200 arrears fee for something that is not my fault. I phoned in and spoke to Donavon Govender who said that i can reverse the amount and pay in 1 months instalment which i did and sent through proof of payment. My phone has been blocked again and nobody seems to care at Vodacom or is able to unblock my phone and clear the R200 arrears charges for a stuff up made in the Vodacom accounts. I am disgusted at Vodacom's lack of client service and knowledge!
