Complaint / review text:
I booked a modem for repairs at the Rosebank Store. I was quoted a fee of R228 and I paid via Nedbank. The modem was brougth back to the store on the premise that it's fixed. I collected the modem and loaded data only to find that it wasnt connecting at ALL! I took back to the store but they don't have computers to test damaged modem and also went to the store Randburg, no computers either in that store. I was taken to the Matrix Computer store the expert confirmed that it doesn't work after he tested the modem on three different computers!
This is huge inconvenience!!! My projexts are on hold!
Sort it out now please!!!
