I don't owe them anything.
I am struggling with so much difficulty to get 8ta to stop the debits they
taking from my account as my contract has expired and they keep debiting me.
They failed to send me any form of communication advising me that the contract expired.
After the first extra debit I sent them the cancellation form and was told that no
further debits will be taken but yet another debit was just taken again so
that's two extra debits. I call the call centre and they put me on hold forever until
my airtime runs out repeatedly than I call again and asked to be called back
but they don't call back. 8ta is holding me back as I need a Paid Up Letter
from them for my Home Loan Application as
I have sent numerous emails with no reply from them and so many phone calls
that its really become terribly frustrating. Stop the debits, send me confirmation
that my contract is paid up and refund me all the debits after the contract expired.
what 8ta is doing is not right.
