Complaint / review text:
Took nearly 2 hours to complete paperwork on my precious Sat morning with sulky, disinterested and soon to be discovered incompetent Rihanna at Vodacom 4ways to open new data and cell phone contracts. She promised a follow up email (never received) and that sim for data would be active within 2-3 hours. To no avail! Called Helpline on Monday - they said it takes 72 hours! 7 days later nothing.
Back to 4ways following Saturday25th. No apologies from Rihanna (just indignant I DID ACTIVATE IT!)
45 mins of waiting for her and I lost it. Someone else helped. Question: Did I deactivate the pin? Huh? No was never told that. Okay so she did it. Still not working. They will investigate and work on it. I went off - came back 1 hour later.
VERY surly Rihanna informed me offhandedly as she photocopied documents that she had sent a mail and I need to wait 48 hours for assistance. I went ballistic and was ushered in to see Manager Abel. His IT "experts" would solve the problem. I left and about 2 hours later got a call to say he could not get it working - "Advanced IT" would sort it out on Monday 27th and he would call.
No call. So I called Tuesday. Abel out, Rhianna busy.
So now what?
